• Two forms of I.D that link you to your current address. A picture I.D like a passport or driving license is perfect. However we accept two letters with your name and address, dated within the last three months
• Most recent bank statement showing your Child Benefit Reference or proof you are in receipt of Child Benefit
• Bank sort code and account number you would like the £500 loan to be sent to via BACS

We can only accept application for the PCCU £500 Family Loan & Saving Scheme from people who live or work in the boroughs of Burnley, Pendle, Preston, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, South Craven, Hyndburn, Lancaster or the county of Cumbria
