It’s more important than ever to shop local and support local where possible
Did you know? For every £1 spent with a local, independent business, up to 70p goes back into the local economy. In comparison to shopping online or in corporate, out of town retailers whereby this spend only generates around 5p back in to local community.
It warms our heart to see local businesses returning to work and our branch’s high streets in Nelson, Burnley, and Colne busy again. Seeing the community thrive is so important to us at PCCU. That’s why we’ve pulled together a list of places we think should be top of your list to visit if you are looking for something to entertain your kiddies or just fancy a bite to eat.
