We’re writing to you today to talk all things Christmas. Exciting we know!
Christmas is so close you can almost smell the Christmas dinner cooking in the kitchen. Whilst most are running around like a headless turkeys trying to get everything bought and wrapped for the big day, PCCU want to assure to you that we are operating throughout the holidays to support our account holders with any queries, requests or loan application should you need anything to tie you over until the New Year.
With that being said our usual opening hours will differ slightly therefore it’s important that you take a look at the times below if you’re thinking of popping by. As on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve our branches will close early at 3pm with the last Engage load at 1:30pm and BACS transfers at 2pm.
Not only this, if you are expecting a benefit payments between the 24th-28th December you will receive this early on the 24th December. In addition to payments being due on the 1st January will be received on the 31st December.
If you have a family loan with us and require one more child benefit repayment to have been made before you would be eligible to top up your family loan for Christmas (Child benefit payment due on the 28th) you will be allowed to top up your loan from the 23rd . Meaning you can load the cupboard up with all those festive niceties before Farther Christmas loads up his sleigh. For more information about topping up your Family Loan for Christmas click here.
