Congratulations to Roberta our member services co-ordinator at PCCU who today celebrates 10 years of brilliant service. Almost all account holders who have visited our Nelson branch to discuss either saving or borrowing will have had the pleasure of meeting Roberta.

Roberta has been involved in the growing success of PCCU from the early years of Nelson Community Credit Union first as a volunteer for 15 years and later becoming the senior member services officer at the Nelson branches, to Colne and Nelson’s Credit Unions merging and the following merge with Burnley Community Credit Union to form Pennine Community Credit Union over the last 10 years.

All the staff and volunteers at PCCU appreciate Roberta’s advice, support and experience.
