PCCU is operating as normal – we are still taking deposits, processing savings withdrawals and completing loan applications.
80% of PCCU staff have adapted to working from home
The past four weeks have been testing for the whole community but we would like to take this opportunity to assure the account holders, who own PCCU, that we have been able to continue to provide the safe saving and loan services you all deserve.
PCCU staff have worked hard behind the screens to make sure it is business as usually and that account holders requests have been completed in the same time frame as before the coronavirus outbreak. We have been;
- Processing up to £85,000 of payments into PCCU accounts by 9am
- Up to £50,000 of savings are sent via BACS per day from PCCU savings accounts
- Completed and processed up to 85 loan applications per day
