It has been a busy weekend of training and sharing experiences for the staff at PCCU.
Our CEO Kathryn has joined representatives from four other UK based credit unions travelling to Dallas in America to attend a credit union conference. They have also been invited to visit community credit union branches to observe how they operate, with a view to sharing best practice and seeing if we can improve the service we provide to our account holders in the UK. We look forward to Kathryn and the representatives of East Renfrewshire, Advance, Somerset and Drumpchapel Credit Unions returning and detailing their experiences.
Whilst a few miles closer three members of staff joined the President of PCCU at training sessions in Preston design to help promote the credit union and to continue to improve the way we operate.
